I believe therapy should feel collaborative,
compassionate, and grounded in respect for your story.
How I support my clients
I have a particular passion for supporting women navigating motherhood, identity shifts, and the emotional transitions that often come with this stage of life. My work focuses on providing mental health support for women experiencing depression and anxiety, and I bring specialized knowledge in perinatal mental health to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing journey of matrescence.
I use an integrative, client-centered approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), depending on your needs and goals.
Whether you need space to process emotions, learn new coping tools, or navigate through life transitions, we’ll work together to find what works best for you.
